Only Clients aged 16 or older can join the initiative, according to the registration and procedures specified below.

The JFF Card is personal and cannot be transferred. Each Client can only activate one card during the course of its validity.

The JFF Card is for private and non-commercial use only.

You may benefit from numerous discounts, promotional events, prize draws, and special initiatives that will be properly advertised and notified from time to time.

Moreover, you will enjoy a personal area on the Internet website www.replayjeans.com, where you can monitor your orders, check your point balance and your offers.

With the JFF Card, you can reach different loyalty levels, by earning points for your purchases. Depending on the level reached, you will enjoy different benefits.

In particular, with the JFF Card, you will earn one point for each Euro (rounded up) spent for your purchases online and in participating REPLAY STORES.

Suitably advertised point collection campaigns may be launched.

In particular, when you reach 800 points, you will be entitled to a gift coupon of EUR 80 to be spent at any participating REPLAY STORE or online. Points are valid for one year from the date of the last purchase made.

The coupon can be used in a single instalment from the purchase subsequent to the one that led to the issuing of the coupon, for an amount equal to or greater than the coupon's value.

If you earn over 3000 points in one year, you will reach Level 2 (“PREMIUM”). The initial date of the first of said purchases is used to calculate the year. With the PREMIUM level, you will enjoy a 15% discount on every purchase made in any REPLAY STORE or online. In order to maintain your PREMIUM level, you must make at least one purchase in one year. The year period is calculated from the last purchase made.

Moreover, in the 3 days preceding and following your birthday, and on your birthday, you will enjoy a 10% discount (or 20%, if you are a PREMIUM Client). The discount is valid for purchases made online, or in any REPLAY STORE or REPLAY OUTLET. You may take advantage of this birthday discount in a single instalment, on all items purchased with a single receipt.

You may also earn points on purchases made by taking advantage of the birthday discount.

The birthday discount and the 15% discount for PREMIUM Clients cannot be combined with other promos or discounts. The more convenient offer or discount applicable from time to time will be automatically applied.

You also earn points in case of sales or promotions. Furthermore, you can purchase any item on sale or with a discount by using the 80 Euro gift coupon. If a Client makes a purchase using the 80 Euro gift voucher, this will be applied to the price net of any sale, promotional, birthday or Premium discounts.

If, after reaching the PREMIUM level, you don’t make any purchases for one year, your point score will be reset, and you will lose all benefits related to the PREMIUM level. In any case, your subscription to the JFF program will remain valid, and you can start earning points again.

For both purchases made in any REPLAY STORE or online, in case of returns, the points will be deducted according to the same criterion. Therefore, a return may cause a negative point balance, if a purchase has been made using the aforementioned gift coupon.

The JFF Card is not in any way a payment card: the points accumulated in it cannot be transferred, nor turned into cash or products.

If a Gift Card is issued in a REPLAY STORE, the Client who paid for it will earn the related points. Furthermore, any purchase paid with a Gift Card in whole or in part will generate points for the value paid with the Gift Card.

Unless a purchase is made by a non-registered user (guest), all loyalty points are automatically loaded on the JFF card activated, for every purchase made through the website www.replayjeans.com.

To be entitled to receive points at the STORE, you must identify yourself before the receipt is issued, by specifying the email address as issued for the activation of the card. Failure to identify the holder of the JFF Card according to the procedures described above will not allow the loading of points, and the loading will not be possible at a later time.

You can see your point balance at any time, by requesting it in any participating REPLAY STORE or REPLAY OUTLET, or by accessing your online profile.

The points are loaded and calculated by the system every day. In case of technical problems they can be loaded within a longer period, up to a maximum of 15 days.

Participation in the program is entirely optional, and it does not affect your right to make purchases in REPLAY STORES, REPLAY OUTLET or online.

If you make a purchase online, and do not want to join the program, just make the purchase as guest and log-out from your personal area.

You can opt out of the “JUST FOR FRIENDS” program at any time, free of charge, by sending an email to customer-service@replayjeans.com, or by requesting the cancellation of your account, in the specific section of www.replayjeans.com. As a result of the cancellation, the JFF Card may no longer be used to obtain discounts and any accumulated points will be lost.

Without prejudice to any other right required by law, including the right to compensation for damages, REPLAY may deactivate the JFF Card, if is used by the Client in violation of the conditions of these Regulations or in case of abusive or harmful use of REPLAY’s brand or image.

If the JFF Card is cancelled and deactivated, you will no longer be able to enjoy its benefits and services.

REPLAY shall not be liable for any fraudulent, improper or unauthorized use of the JFF Card.
