REGULATIONS

What is the “PREMIUM FRIENDS” initiative?

Fashion Box S.p.A. (“REPLAY”), with registered office in Via Marcoai, 1 - 31011 Asolo - Hamlet Casella TV - Italy, VAT No. 03676290269, makes available to the Clients who wish to join the “PREMIUM FRIENDS” initiative, discounts, benefits and services as offered at any participating REPLAY STORE. An updated list of participating STORES is available by requesting it via email to: customerservice@replayjeans.com.

To take advantage of these benefits, it is necessary to become holders of the "PREMIUM FRIENDS Card" (hereinafter also referred to as the "PREMIUM Card").

The issuing and use of the PREMIUM Card are governed by these Regulations.

The activation of the PREMIUM Card, according to the methods specified below, constitutes Client's acceptance of these Regulations.

These Regulations can be browsed on www.replayjeans.com.

Who can join the initiative?

Only Clients aged 16 or over can join the initiative, according to the registration and procedures specified below.

The PREMIUM Card is personal and cannot be transferred.

The PREMIUM Card is for private and non-commercial use only.

What is the procedure to obtain the PREMIUM Card?

A PREMIUM Card is issued to Client in two cases:

1) If the Client purchases in one single instalment goods whose value is equal or higher than EUR 3,000.00 at any participating REPLAY STORE;
2) If the Client has purchased goods for a value equal or higher than EUR 3,000.00 over a period of one year. The initial date of the first of said purchases is used to calculate the year.

The PREMIUM Card can be used effective from the first purchase after the one that led to reaching the objective detailed in point 1) or 2).

If the Client has already a JUST FOR FRIENDS Card, the latter will be voided and replaced with the PREMIUM Card upon reaching the objective detailed in point 1) or 2).

The registration requires as mandatory data the first name, surname, date of birth, and e-mail address of the Client. Non-mandatory data may be provided as follows: postal code, city, physical address, province, country and telephone number. If the Client wishes to receive the PREMIUM Card at his/her residential address, said address shall also be provided.

In order to enjoy the benefits of the PREMIUM Card, it is also mandatory for the Client to accept these Regulations and to acknowledge the Privacy Policy, with express consent to the use of the data provided.

The paper version of the PREMIUM Card is sent directly to the residential address specified at the time of registration, or picked up, on request of the Client, at any participating REPLAY STORE.

If the Client does not yet hold a JUST FOR FRIEND Card, and therefore has not yet provided to REPLAY his/her email address as needed to activate the PREMIUM Card, it will be necessary to confirm the email address within 30 days from the submission of the validation request. In this case, the PREMIUM CARD can be used only when activated.

How does the PREMIUM Card work?

To be entitled to receive discounts, the Client must identify himself/herself before the purchase receipt is issued by presenting his/her PREMIUM Card, or by specifying his/her surname and first name as issued for the activation of the card.

Failed identification of the holder of the PREMIUM Card according to the methods specified above will not allow enjoying the benefits detailed below.

What are the benefits of the PREMIUM Card?

The Client may benefit from numerous discounts, promotional events, prize draws, and special initiatives that will be properly advertised and notified from time to time.

In particular, the Client will enjoy a 15% discount on each purchase at any REPLAY STORE.

If the Client does not purchase anything for a year, the card is voided. The start date to calculate the year is the date of the registration of the PREMIUM Card (or subsequent activation, if the Client is already a holder of the JUST FOR FRIENDS Card).

In this case, the Client, in order to receive a new PREMIUM Card, will have to visit a point of sale, get registered in the loyalty program and reach the objectives detailed in points 1) and 2) of the aforementioned procedure to obtain the “PREMIUM Card”.

The Client, the day prior to his/her birthday, the day of his/her birthday, and the day after his/her birthday will have the right to receive a 20% discount. The Client may take advantage of this birthday discount in a single instalment, on all items purchased with a single receipt.

The special offer (including the birthday discount specified above) cannot be combined with additional promotions and items on sale. Thus, if the Client purchases a discounted item, the discount established from time to time for that single item under promotion or on sale will be applied. Said discount cannot be combined with the one offered with the PREMIUM Card (thereby also with the birthday discount).

The PREMIUM Card is not in any way a payment card: the points accumulated in it cannot be transferred, nor turned into cash or products. Consequently, if the items purchased are returned, the Client shall have the right to receive a coupon of the same value of the item returned, which can be used to purchase other items.

What happens if the PREMIUM Card is lost or stolen?

If PREMIUM Card is lost or stolen, the Client shall go to any participating REPLAY STORE to request its replacement.

After checking the Client's identification data, the lost or stolen PREMIUM Card will be voided and the Client will receive a new one.

Any promotions, discounts and points will be transferred on the new PREMIUM Card, as configured at the time of blocking the previous PREMIUM Card due to loss or theft.

Is it possible for the Client to cancel his/her membership to the "PREMIUM CARD" initiative?

Cancellation of the Client's participation to the "PREMIUM RIENDS initiative can be submitted at any time, free of charge, by email to: customer-service@replayjeans.com.

The erasure of Client data will take place immediately and, however, no later than the maximum term of one month from the date of the request, unless the Client has subscribed to receive the newsletter. In this case, the erasure of the data will take place within one month from the date in which the Client unsubscribes from the newsletter.

Upon cancellation, the PREMIUM Card will no longer be usable to obtain discounts.

Is it possible for REPLAY to change, suspend or interrupt the "PREMIUM FRIENDS" initiative?

REPLAY reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to amend these Regulations, and to suspend or terminate the "PREMIUM FRIENDS" initiative, giving appropriate notice on the website www.replayjeans.com and, or by email and, or at each participating REPLAY STORE.

Without prejudice to any other right required by law, including the right to compensation for damages, REPLAY may deactivate the PREMIUM Card, if is used by the Client in violation of the conditions of these Regulations or in case of abusive or harmful use of the image and trademarks of REPLAY.
