Returns policy

You can return any product, even if you simply change your mind, within 25 days from the date on which the Product was shipped.

PLEASE NOTE
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all "labels" and "tags" still attached. The product shall be returned to the address indicated in the return form.
If these procedures are not met, the items will not be accepted for return.
The Customer may request the return of any product without providing any justification within 25 days from date of shipment of the product. To commence the return procedure, you need to enter into the order page accessible via the confirmation email of the Order through the Site and follow the instructions therein.
Shipping costs for the return of the products shall be borne by Replay, as long as you use the product delivery system made available to Customers from the Site for the following Countries:

With reference to the Countries indicated in the following table, the shipping fees of returned products are paid by the Customer and, as long as you use the product delivery system made available to Customers from the Site, are quantifiable as follows:

In the case of products returned from a Country outside the EU that have customs duties applied, the latter will be charged to the Customer.

The return process of non-compliant products is however free for all Countries, and you can activate it within 2 years and 10 days from the date of shipment of non-conforming products.

The refund of the price paid for the products will be made promptly after receiving the products and after assessing their state.

Attention: The products must be returned intact and include all of the tags and labels, in the same condition in which they were sent.
