You can return any product, even if you simply change your mind, within 15 days from the date of delivery. To activate the return procedure, click here.
To commence the return procedure, you need to enter into the order page accessible via the confirmation email of the Order through the Site and follow the instructions therein.
Shipping costs for the first return of the products shall be borne by Replay, as long as you use the product delivery system made available to Customers from the Site for the following Countries:
- The Netherlands
- United Kingdom
In the case of products returned from a Country outside the EU that have customs duties applied, the latter will be charged to the Customer.
The return process of non-compliant products is however free for all Countries, and you can activate it within 2 years and 10 days from the date of shipment of non-conforming products.
The refund of the price paid for the products will be made promptly after receiving the products and after assessing their state.
Attention: The products must be returned intact and include all of the tags and labels, in the same condition in which they were sent.
