REGULATIONS
What is the “JUST FOR FRIENDS” initiative?
Fashion Box S.p.A. (“REPLAY”), with registered office in Via Marcoai, 1 - 31011 Asolo – Hamlet
Casella TV - Italy, VAT number 03676290269, makes available to Clients wishing to join the "JUST
FOR FRIENDS" initiative, discounts, benefits and services at any participating REPLAY STORE.
An updated list of participating STORES can be requested by sending an email to
customerservice@replayjeans.com.
To take advantage of these benefits, it is necessary to become holders of the "JUST FOR FRIENDS
Card" (hereinafter also referred to as the "JFF Card").
The issuing and use of the JFF Card are governed by these Regulations.
The activation of the JFF Card, according to the methods specified below, constitutes Client's
acceptance of these Regulations.
These Regulations can be browsed on www.replayjeans.com.
Who can join the initiative?
Only Clients aged 16 or over can join the initiative, according to the registration and procedures
specified below.
The JFF Card is personal and cannot be transferred.
The JFF Card is for private and non-commercial use only.
What is the procedure to obtain the JFF Card?
The JFF Card is issued to the Client in paper format directly at the point of sale by the counter clerk.
The registration requires as mandatory data the first name, surname, date of birth, and e-mail
address of the Client. Non-mandatory data may be provided as follows: postal code, city, physical
address, province, country and telephone number.
In order to enjoy the benefits of the JFF Card, it is also mandatory for the Client to accept these
Regulations and to acknowledge the Privacy Policy, with express consent to the use of the data
provided.
Finally, to activate the JFF Card, the Client must confirm his/her e-mail address within 30 days from
the date of the validation request.
The JFF Card handed out to the Client can be immediately used, associating it with a possible
purchase, but this purchase is considered valid for the purposes of crediting points only when the
JFF Card is activated. The date of registration to the program will be the date between the date of
first purchase and the date of activation, whichever is the earliest.
How does the JFF Card work?
To be entitled to receive points, the Client must identify himself/herself before issuing the receipt by
presenting his/her JFF Card, or by specifying his/her surname, first name and email address as
issued for the activation of the card.
Failure to identify the holder of the JFF Card according to the procedures described above will not
allow the loading of points, and the loading will not be possible at a later time. In case of nonactivation as specified above through confirmation of email address, the points will be lost and it will
be necessary to visit a point of sale to activate a new JFF Card.
The Client may at any time know his/her point balance by requesting it at any participating REPLAY
STORE.
The points will be loaded and calculated by the system every day. In case of technical issues they
can be loaded within a longer period, up to a maximum of 15 days.
What are the benefits of the JFF Card?
The Client may benefit from numerous discounts, promotional events, prize draws, and special
initiatives that will be properly advertised and notified from time to time.
In particular, when the Client reaches 800 points, he/she is entitled to a gift coupon of EUR 80 to be
spent at any participating REPLAY STORE.
The coupon can be used only in a single instalment from the purchase subsequent to the one that
led to the issuing of the coupon, for an amount equal to or greater than the coupon's value.
The points will be valid for one year from the date of the last purchase made. Thus, the Client in
order not to lose the points accumulated must make at least one purchase in the year calculated
from the date of the last purchase.
The JFF Card may be voided and replaced by a PREMIUM Card, when the objectives set for the
issuing of the latter are achieved, as specified in the PREMIUM FRIENDS Regulations.
Moreover, the Client the day prior to his/her birthday, the day of his/her birthday, and the day after
his/her birthday shall have the right to receive a 10% discount. The Client may take advantage of
this birthday discount in a single instalment, on all items purchased with a single receipt.
The Client may also accumulate points on purchases made by taking advantage of the birthday
discount. The birthday discount can be combined with other promotions and sale discounts.
The Client also accumulates points in case of sales or promotions. The customer, therefore, may
purchase goods on sale or promotion, accumulating points and enjoying the birthday discount in the
period indicated above, or take advantage of the EUR 80 gift coupon also to purchase, at a
discounted price (even taking advantage of the birthday discount), goods on sale or promotion.
If the Client does not make any purchases for a year, the balance of points will be reset to zero, but
the card will remain valid and the Client may start to accumulate new points again.
Returns generate the debiting of points according to the same criterion as the crediting.
The JFF Card is not in any way a payment card: the points accumulated in it cannot be transferred,
nor turned into cash or products.
Even in case of return of items purchased with points and birthday discounts, there will be no right
to a refund of cash, but the Client will be entitled to a coupon of the same value as that returned,
usable for the purchase of other items.
What happens if the JFF Card is lost or stolen?
If the JFF Card is lost or stolen, the Client shall go to any participating REPLAY STORE to request
its replacement.
After checking the Client's identification data, the lost or stolen JFF Card will be voided and the Client
will receive a new JFF Card.
Any promotions, discounts and points will be transferred on the new JFF Card, as configured at the
time of blocking the previous JFF Card due to loss or theft.
Is it possible for the Client to cancel his/her membership to the "JUST FOR FRIENDS"
initiative?
Cancellation of the Client's participation to the JUST FOR FRIENDS initiative can be submitted at
any time, free of charge, by email to:
customer-service@replayjeans.com.
The erasure of Client data will take place immediately and, however, no later than the maximum
term of one month from the date of the request, unless the Client has subscribed to receive the
newsletter. In this case, the erasure of the data will take place within one month from the date in
which the Client unsubscribes from the newsletter.
As a result of the cancellation, the JFF Card may no longer be used to obtain discounts and any
accumulated points will be lost.
Is it possible for REPLAY to change, suspend or interrupt the "JUST FOR FRIENDS"
initiative?
REPLAY reserves the right, at any time and at its discretion, to amend these Regulations, and to
suspend or terminate the "JUST FOR FRIENDS" initiative, giving appropriate notice on the website
www.replayjeans.com and/or by email and/or at each participating REPLAY STORE.
Without prejudice to any other right required by law, including the right to compensation for damages,
REPLAY may deactivate the JFF Card, if is used by the Client in violation of the conditions of these
Regulations or in case of abusive or harmful use of the image and trademarks of REPLAY.

PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to European Regulations 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), we inform
you that the personal data you provide or that we may otherwise acquire at the time of signing up for
the “JUST FOR FRIENDS REPLAY” initiative, will be processed in accordance with current
legislation and the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality
provided said regulations.
Who is the Data Controller?
The Data Controller of the personal data collected is Fashion Box S.p.A. (“REPLAY”). You may

Which data will be collected?
Your participation to the initiative involves the use by REPLAY of personal data concerning you.
The registration requires as mandatory data the first name, surname, date of birth, and e-mail
address of the Client. Non-mandatory data may be provided as follows: postal code, city, physical
address, province, country and telephone number
Moreover, data related to information pertaining to the date, place, purchase method and type of
apparel purchased will also be collected.
How will the data be collected?
The data will be processed using IT and/or paper means, according to a logic strictly related to the
purposes listed above and adopting in any case procedures and measures to protect security and
confidentiality.
For what purposes will your data be processed?
The processing of your data will have the purpose of carrying out the activities listed below:
a) issuing and activation of the JFF Card and management of the activities that cannot be
exercised anonymously and necessary to allow you to enjoy and benefit from discounts and
promotions, the offering and awarding of prizes, participation to the collection of points and
access to other ancillary services that can be used with the Card;
b) carrying out of direct marketing activities, such as sending - also by e-mail - advertising
material and communications with information and/or promotional content - including
newsletters - in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Data
Controller or its commercial partners;
We would like to remind you, regarding the activities described in point b) that you may unsubscribe
from the newsletter at any time, by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link.
Is it mandatory to provide the data?
For the purposes referred to in letter a) of the previous point, the provision of your data is optional,
but it is a necessary and indispensable to issue the JFF Card: failure to provide said data, therefore,
makes it impossible to obtain the Card
For the purposes referred to in letter b) of the previous point, the provision of data is optional and
any refusal to provide such data and to unsubscribe from the newsletter does not affect the ability of
the applicant to obtain the issuance of the JFF Card and to access the benefits related to it.
Who will have access to your data?
The processing of data will be carried out by personnel under the direct authority of the Data
Controller. The data provided will not be in any case disclosed or disseminated to third parties, except
to those parties authorised to access the data by law or orders of the authorities, as well as parties,
including external and/or foreign parties, of which the Data Controller makes use to perform activities
instrumental and/or ancillary to the management of the "JUST FOR FRIENDS" initiative and the
provision of services and benefits related to it and to the set-up, management and/or submission of
newsletters (if consent has been provided for it).
Your data may also be processed by IT service providers, in their capacity as Data Protection
Officers even operating outside the European Union. A specific list is available, on request, by writing
an email to
privacy@replay.it.
REPLAY, in compliance with the regulations on the transfer of data to a non-European country,
undertakes to enter into, if necessary, agreements that ensure an adequate level of protection.
How long will the data be stored?
Without prejudice to legal obligations, your data will be erased no later than the maximum term of
one month effective from:
- the expiry date or cancellation of the "JUST FOR FRIENDS" initiative;
- the date in which you will unsubscribe from the newsletter (if subsequent to the expiry date
or cancellation as per point above).
Therefore, after the expiry of this term, the right to access, erasure, rectification and the right to data
portability can no longer be exercised.
Which rights can you exercise?
The parties to which the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights granted to them
toward the Data Controller, pursuant to the European Regulations 679/2016 (GDPR) and national
legislation. In particular, they may:
a) Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them, even if the data are
not yet recorded, and obtain their communication in an intelligible form;
b) obtain the indication of the origin of the personal data, of the purposes and methods of the
processing; of the logic applied in case of processing carried out by using electronic means and the
identification details of the Data Controller;
c) obtain the updating, rectification or integration of data;
d) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data unlawfully
processed, including data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were
collected or subsequently processed;
e) obtain certification that the aforementioned operations were brought to the attention of parties to
which the data were disclosed or disseminated, unless this requirement is not applicable or involves
a manifestly disproportionate use of resources compared to the right protected;
f) oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning
them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, and the processing of personal data concerning
them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market
research or commercial communication;
g) receive the data and those included in the application, in a structured and readable form, from a
data processing device and in a format commonly used by a IT device (data portability).
In order to exercise these rights, you may directly contact the Data Controller.
May this Privacy Policy be amended?
REPLAY may amend, supplement and/or update, in whole or in part, this Privacy Policy, also in
consideration of future amendments that may affect the privacy policy. It is understood that any
amendment, integration, or update will be communicated to you on the website
www.justforfriends.com and/or by e-mail, and/or at each participating REPLAY STORE.
