You are probably wondering where the reused cotton comes from. Well, in simple terms, when processing raw cotton into yarn, for every hundred kilos of cotton, approximately 10% of the cotton is lost in the process. We collect the cotton lost and addi t back into the spinning process. This reused cotton is fully traced, documented and audited.
The recycled polyester uses certified recycled polyester as a raw material: the same material used in clear plastic bottles. Alternatively it can come from other certified waste.
The plastic bottles or other certified waste is collected, sorted, stripped of labels and caps and cleaned. This material is then ground into plastic pellets that can then be respun into new fiber filaments.

The recycled polyester fibers are then blended with the reused cotton and woven into Re-Used fabric.
